■ 主要性能 Main performance
產品性能滿足GB/T4109《交流高壓高于1000V的絕緣套管》及GB/T12706.4《額定電壓6kV(Um=7.2kV)到35kV(Um40.5kV)電纜附件試驗要求》的要求。
The main performance of then product can satisfy the requests of GB/T4109 《Insulated bushing for alternating voltages above 1000V》and BG/T12706.4《Testrequirements on accessories for cable with rated voltages from 6kV(Um=7.2kV) up to 35kV(Um=40.5kV)》.
（1）額定絕緣水平及局部放電水平 Rated insulation level and partial discharge level

（2）介質損耗因數 Dielectric loss factor
在10kV及電壓下測量，介質損耗因數不大于0.005(測試溫度為10~40℃ )。
Dielectric loss factor is not greater than 0.005 under 10kV (ambient air temperature 10~40℃).
（3）溫升限值 Temperature rising limit
繞組最高溫升不大于65K。
The highest temperature rising of winding is not greater than 65K.
（4）短時熱電流：63kA，3s；動穩定電流：160kA。
Short-time thermal current：63kA,3s, dynamic current：160kA.
■ 驗收及維護 Acceptance and maintenance
每只封閉絕緣母線出廠前均進行了工頻耐壓、局部放電測量、介質損耗因數測量。到現場后，可以按BG50150《電氣裝置安裝工程 電氣設備交接試驗標準》進行。封閉絕緣母線基本不需要維護，每2~3年進行一次耐高壓和電容量及介質損耗因數即可。
Every insulation busbar has passed tests including poewr frequency withstand voltage,partial discharge,dielectric loss factor before leaving the factory. We follow up GB50150 《Standard for hand-over test of electric equipment electric equipment installation engineering》when the products are handed over. In generally,the products need no maintenance basically.It is enough to check the primary withshand voltage,capacity and dielectric loss factor tests every 2~3 years.
■ 運輸及安裝 Transportation and installation
出廠時各段封閉絕緣母線分別編號，便于現場安裝。
運輸時用防震材料包裝，防止劇烈震動。
出廠文件包括：產品合格證、試驗報告和產品說明書，均放入包裝箱內，與產品一起運輸。
安裝好后應將封閉絕緣母線的末屏引線可靠接地。
Every section insulation bushbar should number respectively when leaving factory,converient fro installing at site.
Documents：certificate,test report,product manual.
Please earth reliably the terminal of insulation busbar after installing.
■ 訂貨須知 Notice for order
訂貨時至少需提出下述參數：
電氣參數：最高電壓、額定電流、短時熱電流、絕緣水平。
環境參數：環境溫度、海拔高度、污穢等級。
如有特殊要求，可按用戶需要進行設計。
You should specify the following parameters at least when ordering：
Electric parameters：highest voltage,rated current,short-time thermal current, insulation level.
Environment condition：ambient air temperature,height,pollution class.
We can offer the special products too.
